About
The Artist
Hi! I’m Brittney Oberfeld, the artist behind the Fantastic Fox.
Every piece that leaves my workshop is one of a kind and handcrafted: sculpted creatures that seem to come alive, potion bottles made from upcycled vintage glass and thrifted materials with a past life of their own, and relics that feel like they've always belonged to another world... one that runs just slightly parallel to ours.
This is fantasy art you can hold, wear, and take on adventures.
Enter the Potion Vault
Every potion begins as a bottle — vintage, antique, or unusually shaped — chosen for the story it might one day hold. This is your chance to claim one before it's finished.

Moon Owls
Trusted by witches and wizards for centuries, Moon Owls are rare, wearable companions—each one handcrafted and tied to lunar magic.
About
Potions
Each potion begins with a bottle—not just any bottle, but one I’ve collected for its unique shape, texture, or history. I upcycle vintage and interesting vessels, letting the form of each one guide the design. No two potions are ever alike, because no two bottles are the same.
Every creation is a mixed media piece, brought to life with materials like metal, resin, clay, wax, and twine. Inside, the magic varies: swirling shimmer, colour-changing elixirs, tiny sculpted specimens, or the glittering crystals of floo powder. Whatever the story calls for, the potion reflects it.
Crafted with care and intention, each bottle becomes a relic—a magical artifact you can hold in your hands.

About
Creatures
Each creature is handmade using mixed media techniques, designed to feel like a tangible relic from a magical world.
Wearable companions like Moon Owls perch on you with ease, while sculptural pieces like Creatures in Teapots and Dragon Eggs make striking display props. Whether worn or collected, each one is crafted with care and intention.
