Shipping Policy

At the Fantastic Fox, every enchanted artifact, mystical potion, and magical creature is carefully crafted and packaged to ensure it arrives safely at its new home. Below, you’ll find everything you need to know about how we ship our treasures.

Processing Time

Each item is made with care, and I personally prepare and package every order. Most items are shipped within 1-7 days after payment confirmation, but processing times may vary depending on the piece.

  • Custom Orders & Payment Plans: These may require additional time, and specific details will be communicated at the time of purchase.
  • For individual item processing times, please check product descriptions.

Estimated Delivery Times

Once dispatched, your order’s journey through the realms of mail magic may take:
📍 Canada: 2-6 business days
📍 United States: 3-8 business days

📍 International: 9-14+ business days

While I do my best to meet these timelines, I can’t guarantee exact delivery dates—your package’s arrival depends on the chosen shipping service and any unforeseen postal delays.

Customs & Import Taxes

For international orders outside of Canada, customs fees or import taxes may apply, depending on your country’s regulations. Buyers are responsible for any customs or duty fees. Unfortunately, I cannot control or predict customs delays, so please keep this in mind when placing your order.

Specifically for US shipping, my art is CUSMA-certified, which means I am currently exempt from cross-border shipping duties. Everything should ship as normal. 

Magical Packaging

Every order is wrapped with care and sustainability in mind, using recycled and compostable materials where possible. While I do my best to protect each item, I cannot be responsible for delays, losses, or damages once an order has been shipped. If you have concerns, consider selecting a tracked or insured shipping option at checkout.

Lost or Damaged Orders

Once your package leaves the workshop, it is in the hands of the shipping service. However, if your order arrives damaged, please reach out with photos, and I’ll do my best to make things right.

If your order hasn’t arrived within a reasonable timeframe, please check the tracking information (if applicable) or contact your local postal service before reaching out.
